Benefits at AIS

We offer generous benefit plans and resources designed with employee health and satisfaction in mind. Most benefits below cover the employee, spouse or domestic partner and eligible children or dependents.  Employees must elect and pay premiums toward certain benefits, as described below.

Medical Insurance

The consumer-directed health plan (CDHP) offers competitive and comprehensive health care coverage. Prescription drug coverage is included with enrollment in the CDHP. The CDHP also covers routine preventive care at 100% when you use an in-network provider. Colleagues pay premiums for coverage through payroll deduction.

Dental Insurance

The Preferred Provider Plan (PPO) provides coverage for preventative, routine, major and orthodontic. Colleagues pay premiums for coverage through payroll deduction.

Vision Insurance

Two choices of vision coverage are offered: a Basic Plan or a Premier Plan. Both plans cover periodic exams, eyeglass lenses and frames and/or contact lenses, up to a designated dollar amount. Colleagues pay premiums for coverage through payroll deduction.

Short-Term Disability (STD)

The optional STD plan provides salary continuation benefits in the event an eligible employee is unable to work due to non–work-related illness or injury. Colleagues must pay the full cost of coverage.

Long-Term Disability (LTD)

Company-paid LTD insurance begins after six months of disability and continues through the duration of the disability, up to age 65.

Employee Life and AD&D Insurance

Colleagues working more than 30 hours a week receive company-paid life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance upon employment with options to purchase additional insurance for yourself and your spouse, children and/or children of your domestic partner.

Critical Illness Insurance

Colleagues are offered coverage under a group critical illness plan which helps cover the additional costs of battling a specific critical illness. Colleagues must pay the full cost of coverage.

Accident Insurance

Colleagues are offered coverage under an accident insurance plan which helps cover the costs associated with unexpected bills. Colleagues pay premiums for coverage through payroll deduction.

Auto, Home, Pet, and Legal Insurance

Colleagues are offered access to auto, home, pet and legal insurance with the option of paying for this coverage through convenient payroll deductions. These coverages are offered by MetLife as voluntary benefits.  CCC does not sponsor this coverage, and CCC’s role is limited to permitting MetLife to publicize the benefits, and coordinating your payroll deductions to pay for coverage.  Colleagues should communicate directly with MetLife regarding these benefits.

401(k) Retirement Savings & Investment Plan (Plan)

Colleagues may contribute a percentage of their base salary up to the IRS maximum amount. The plan offers many investment options and part-time colleagues working 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in the Plan immediately upon starting their employment. CCC matches 50 cents for every pre-tax dollar you contribute up to six percent of your eligible pay.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

PTO is designed to help colleagues better manage their work/life balance by providing a certain number of days per year of paid time off to address personal needs outside of work. PTO time includes vacation, sick time and personal time and may be used following the 90-day new hire orientation period.

Tuition Reimbursement

Tuition reimbursement is available for colleagues choosing to continue their education in approved job-related or business classes. There are in-house training programs for technical and non-technical skills.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account

Eligible colleagues can contribute pre-tax dollars to help pay for eligible health care expenses, up to IRS maximums.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account

Eligible colleagues can contribute pre-tax dollars, per household, to pay for day care and elder care expenses, up to IRS maximums.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

LifeWorks® is a CCC paid, 24-hour-a-day resource that helps colleagues and their family members face life’s everyday challenges.

Credit Union

Corporate America Family Credit Union membership is offered to all colleagues. This not-for-profit organization provides comprehensive benefits to its members, including low rates on home equity loans and a VISA credit card with a reward program.

Discount Programs

Perk Spot discount programs offer savings on popular goods and services. These national and local discounts are accessible online to all colleagues.
