CCC ONE® Mobile brings the power of the CCC ONE platform to your iPhone® or Android and eliminates the need for a traditional camera. Furthermore it simplifies the vehicle check-in process through its VIN scan capability which automatically looks up the insurance assignment for the vehicle. Top 10 Features
Automatic Photo Labeling
Photos taken with the app are automatically labeled, saving you minutes on each workfile. For example, tap the left top photo placeholder to capture the photo and it will automatically label it “Left Front”.
VIN Scan
Capturing the VIN is a breeze! Merely position the camera over the barcode or QR code on the VIN Plate and CCC ONE Mobile will decode the VIN and lookup the insurance assignment.
Repair Status
Quickly update repair status from your iPhone® and update the repair plan by marking the repair phase as complete. Available for customers with Repair Workflow.
Direct Dial
All the contact information from the workfile is shown on-screen in the app, making it easy to call a customer about their car. The app will even display the preferred contact and contact method on-screen.
Smart Photo Data
CCC ONE Mobile is smart enough to prompt you to input the odometer readings when you take a picture of the odometer. The app also prompts for data input after taking a picture of the fuel gauge and license plate.
Notes
Quickly capture notes on the job such as outbound communications.
iPod Touch®
While the app was designed to run on iPhone®, it will also run great on the lower cost iPod Touch® device as well iPad® and iPad Mini®. NOTE: The device must be running iOS 7.0 or higher.

- CCC ONE Estimating license with Digital Imaging feature enabled
- User must have been granted permission in CCC ONE for “Mobile – Allow access to CCC ONE Mobile”
