When people discuss the vast amount of change anticipated in personal mobility, they often use an acronym “ACES” to categorize the changes: “A” for autonomy; “C” for connected; “E” for electrification, and “S” for shared. Each of these categories has the potential to drive immense change in how people use and own transportation in the future. This month we’ll provide a brief update on shared transportation – specifically ride-hailing services.
