When replacing a tire in CCC ONE Estimating, the tire transfer is included as per the Motors Guide to Estimating.  The below screen shots outline how to correctly put it in the system.

After you have selected your tire and vendor, simply click Replace with Changes.

Change the Labor Hours to “I” for Included.  The labor is now correctly listed. Now .3 is no longer allotted.
