OFFICIAL RULES: 1. To enter, submit your story to CCC at https://cccutilities.wpengine.com/onestory, Twitter or Facebook about your positive experience with any CCC ONE® product that you license from CCC. Entries must be received by CCC no later than midnight Central time on October 31, 2014. 2. There will be one (1) winner. The winning submission will be chosen based on content, originality, and use of language. Any ties will be broken based on content. The winner will receive one (1) Dell Venue™ Pro 8 (32 GB) tablet. 3. All entries become the property of and are owned by CCC. CCC may use all entries for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, in publicity material, press releases, advertisements, training materials and product literature. Entries will not be returned. 4. Limit of one entry per person. This promotion is open only to current CCC repair facility customers that license any CCC ONE product from CCC and are in good standing, legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., and 18 years of age or older. The prize will be mailed to the winner. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of CCC, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, the prize supplier, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families or members of the households of each are ineligible to participate in this promotion. No substitutions, cash equivalents, assignments or transfer of the prize are permitted except as provided herein. 5. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. 6. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to these official rules, accept the decisions of CCC as final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the promotion or these rules. 7. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. 8. The winner is required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release (where permitted) as a condition of receipt of the prize or the prize will be forfeited. If the foregoing release is not signed and returned to CCC, the prize notification or the prize is returned as non-deliverable, or the winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules, disqualification will result and an alternate winner will be selected. 9. The retail value of the prize is $199.99. CCC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the prize become unavailable. In no event will more than the stated prize be awarded. 10. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including, but not limited to, sales and income taxes. 11. CCC assumes no responsibility for entries that (a) contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, or (b) are lost, late, damaged, stolen, misdirected, illegible or incomplete or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, all of which are void.
