A Sneak Peek at What CCC Has in Store for 2016

We’re excited about what 2016 holds for the collision repair industry. A lot of attention was placed on vehicle technology last year and there’s even more to come in 2016.  But what about collision repair technology to improve the consumer experience? In 2015, CCC delivered many firsts to the industry such as:

  • Electronic signature capability in CCC ONE Touch
  • A web view for consumers that shows the estimate, key information about the repair facility and estimator photos with a quick link to connect
  • The ability to provide a ride home to the consumer through integration with Uber

 So, what does the future hold for repairers? Here’s a sneak peek at what CCC has in store for 2016:

  • CCC ONE UpdatePlus will deliver extended value pre-repair and post-repair using appointment notifications and reminders.
  • Sophisticated machine learning will analyze consumer replies captured by CCC ONE UpdatePlus and “tag” those messages with indicators that alert the office staff.
  • Customizable “lobby forms” that run on mobile devices will allow consumers to check-in on their own when they arrive.
  • Digital vehicle inspection forms will be made available in CCC ONE Touch to guide users to annotate prior damage, vehicle condition, and things like radio station presets. 
  • Consumers will be able to book appointments with repairers through Carwise.com, or through plugins that can be embedded directly into repairer’s websites.
